Last Wednesday, 27th October 2010, I had an awning fitted by Cordula and I wanted to comment on the service I received from your workmen and your company in general. You set a date, stuck to it, telephoned to confirm you were coming, what a pleasure. Just wish all companies performed the same. It would take so much stress out of having jobs done around the home. The two guys - Mark Philbin and Dan were just lovely - very polite, courteous and tidy workers. I would certainly have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who was considering having an awning fitted. At this point I should add that I have not made use of the awning but feel it will be an absolute pleasure and give many years of service.

Thank you for the vouchers and letter of November 3rd. It is so good to have a company whereby the process went so smoothly from start to finish. Steve and Ashley who installed the garage door were conscientious in their work and very pleasant. They left the garage floor tidier than it was when they started. I was clearly instructed on the opening and closing of the door and I have already told a neighbour who is moving house about the vouchers should he wish to purchase a Cordula product. Over 18 years ago you fitted two blinds at the above address. At that time we opted for the manual belt operation which over the years have proved a boon not only for security reasons but to keep in the warmth in the winter and cooler on a hot summer’s day. Whenever the belts have needed replacing through wear and tear the service you have provided has always been prompt and efficient.

During the last 3 weeks when the spring in the box of the dining room shutter snapped I called Cordula and received help at once from all of your staff and deciding at that point that a complete new shutter with remote control would be the best option you promptly set about organising the same. I am really pleased to say that the new shutter and remote control was fitted last Monday and the engineers were excellent, in fact they phoned en route to me that morning to say that they would be delayed an hour or so because the M1 was closed and bad weather persisted. I thought that the telephone call was most considerate. Added to which they cleaned up all the rubbish after completing the work and left the place neat and tidy. Thank you again not only for your prompt action in completing the task quickly, but the kindness shown from start to finish.
